George Nionakis – Owner, Director & Construction Manager

George is the owner and director of AGN Builders. He is a registered Building Practitioner with a background in carpentry and over 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry. Thousands of clients have entrusted him to build, renovate and extend their homes.

George is an active member of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) and Housing Industry Association (HIA) and is active in his own professional development by attending regular workshops and seminars to stay up-to-date of the latest news, information and materials as the industry constantly evolves.

“Ever since I was young, I have loved building sites. Even as a teen studying at Sandringham College, I would spend much of my school holiday working at my father’s construction business. The experience I gained working alongside other tradespeople has gained me a fundamental and practical knowledge of the building industry.”

Andrew has worked in the building and construction industry for over 50 years in both Australia and New Zealand.  In that time, he has seen the industry change dramatically and he has built his skills and expertise alongside its evolution. He is passionate and committed to developing younger tradespeople to be the very best they can.
